We invite kids together with mom, dad, or another accompanying adult to creative lampshade-making workshops in Vilnius.
This is not just a creative activity for your child, but also time together – a chance to create, collaborate, help each other, and watch as a simple white lampshade becomes something special for your child’s room.
During the workshop, each child will get their own lampshade to freely decorate with acrylic paints, drawings, and colors. You can add authentic, time-worn Lithuanian fabric fragments to your creation.
We’ll also get briefly acquainted with Lithuanian textile patterns and their stories – kids can interpret them in their own way and connect with textile tradition hands-on, not from a distance.
There’s no single right result here. What matters most is your child’s idea, the creative process, and the time spent together. The accompanying adult can get involved, help the child, and participate in assembling the lampshade.
At the end of the workshop, each child takes home their own handmade lamp – a decorated lampshade with a table stand.
We work in a small group of up to 6 kids, so we can give each participant enough attention and help.

Your spot is reserved for a specific workshop date, so if the participant doesn’t show up or cancels, the fee paid is non-refundable.
If you can’t attend, you can transfer your spot to another child by letting us know in advance via email.
The workshop takes place with a minimum group of 4 kids. If the group doesn’t form or the workshop is canceled by the organizer, we’ll let you know in advance and refund the full amount paid.
