Purchase and Sale Terms

1. General Provisions
   1.1. These purchase and sale terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) set out the rights,
   obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer and seller when purchasing physical goods and services on the website. website.
   1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and
   agree to them.
2. Goods and Services
   2.3. The website may also offer digital products—online courses, videos,
   or other digital educational materials, access to which is provided electronically.
   
   2.1. The website sells physical goods—both vintage items and new items, including
   works by other makers.
   2.2. Creative/educational workshops are also offered, taking place at a specified time and
   location.
3. Prices and Payment
   3.1. All prices are stated in euros (€).
   3.2. Payment is processed using the Paysera payment system.
   3.3. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4. Workshop Participation Terms
   4.1. Workshops are a service provided on a specific date and time.
   4.2. If the minimum group size is not reached, workshops may be rescheduled to another date.
   4.3. If you cancel your workshop participation, payments are non-refundable.
   4.4. If you are unable to attend, you have the right to transfer your place to another person, about this in
   advance inform the organizer.
   4.5. If workshops are canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances,
   the amount paid will be refunded 100% or an alternative workshop date will be offered.
   4.6. Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, for services provided
   on a specific date or period, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Digital Product (Online Course) Terms

1. Access and Use
   1.1. Online courses are considered digital content.
   1.2. Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal
   2.1. The buyer agrees that delivery of digital content will begin immediately after payment.
   2.2. Once you begin using digital content, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal,
   and payments are non-refundable.

Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Area
   1.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Delivery Methods and Timeframes
   2.1. Delivery is carried out via parcel lockers or courier services.
   2.2. Goods are dispatched within 2–5 business days from receipt of payment.
3. Delivery Cost
   3.1. Delivery cost is indicated at the time of order.

Return Terms

1. Physical Goods
   1.1. The buyer has the right to return physical goods within 14 calendar days of receipt,
   in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
   1.2. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
   1.3. Vintage items may have natural signs of use or age, which are not considered
   defects. New handmade items are assessed according to the quality criteria applicable to them.
2. Costs
   2.1. The buyer covers the cost of returning goods.
